Our segment Desi Beasts focus on not only exercise, but overall fitness and well being of human body, through fitness tips and balanced diet tips, you can achieve your goals in no time. Our fitness instructors include Bindi Bains Mackoruk, the first Punjabi female body builder in Canada, won many national awards in bodybuilding, also Kal dosanjh, who is a bodybuilder first and everything else afterwords.
Both of them are providing bodybuilding tips in Punjabi language, and we show you in the videos how to get fit and keep fit.
So, bring on your new years resolutions, and we will get you started, you don’t need to go to gym (it doesn’t hurt to go) but the exercises we show (mostly) you can do at home with your own body weight.
Also we have Jagjit Athwal, who is former Mr. Asia in bodybuilding, and working in Bollywood, comes to our studios and gyms time to time to give valuable lessons.
Ram Gill is also a national bodybuilding contestant, he is one of the real DESI BEASTS, also a fire fighter in the city of Richmond. He does come to Team Punjabi for the double dose of muscle.
